Exportation
For Viar, the real success of a company that exports, is our commitment and a daily reason to improve our work. It is for this reason that we have developed two ways of working to develop a project to export:
- BROKERING INDIRECT OR BY PROCESSES: When a company only requires services of transport, customs clearance or feedback if you have a problem with the authority. At this stage, we can not contact a buyer or a supplier, only we coordinate operations among those already mentioned.
- DIRECT INTERMEDIATION: At this stage of the project, we start from the legal constitution of the company, internal logistical planning, requirements that should contain the product to be able to be exported (packaging and packaging), as well as search, analyze and develop interested customer reaching the end of the negotiation. Also, planning to compliance with customs regulations, among many more aspects.
For the development of this stage we establish several analyzes to assess the viability of the project, and are shown below:
Preliminary analysis:
- Market analysis which would be interesting to your product.
- Analysis of history of export of that product.
- Determination of the possibility of sales.
Start of work in a given country:
- Determination of regulations and restrictions that are due in the country of destination.
- Search for potential clients.
- Negotiating and closing contracts.
Increase of customers:
- Continuation of the search for customers based on the success, taking into consideration the experiences.
